People always bash on FOX for killing so many genre shows, but the truth is that the only way they can kill a lot of genre shows is by making a lot of genre shows. They've gotten away from that recently, so we'll see if they add anything to Fringe to get back to the FOX of the 90s. Looks like they'll definitely have some room in their schedule.
The Dead:
These shows have already been canceled. They'll never hurt anyone else ever again.
The Dying:
These shows have almost no chance of making it to next year, but they're still breathing...for now.
Life-Support:
These shows are On The Bubble, and that means all kinds of things come into effect when determining their fate. How expensive are they? How close are they to having enough episodes for syndication? Do the stars/creators play nice with the network? You don't want one of your favorite shows in this category, b/c it means any little thing could lead to cancellation.
